Latin the States doesnt seem to get untold credit. For years, the world has looked pour down on Latin the States being an area of distress and shame. The people are looked down upon around the world. Some do not horizontal consider Latin America an America at all. Maybe that is why it is considered the Other America.Â Can it even be compared to the worlds number unrivaled view of an America, the United States of America? Why is this area of the world looked down on? invariably since the beginning of its history, the area was conceived as a project. The people were looked upon as barricades that had to be moved.
